Do I have to pay to confirm the booking?

When a booking request is made, you will receive a confirmation reply by email. After that, your booking will be pending one day until the deposit (25%) is paid. However, if your are making an early booking (starts in less than some months), we will not probably cancel your booking in 2 weeks after the booking request is made. If you use bank transfer as payment system, deposit is due from 1 to 3 days after the booking request.

Which is the booking and payment system?

Bank transfer

We only accept bank transfer if the period before start of stay is more than 12 weeks.

You will receive an email with booking confirmation and payment details after your request. You can pay the deposit of 25% by bank transfer from 1 to 3 days after your booking is confirmed.

Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday by bank transfer or in cash on arrival at the villa.

Bank transfer payments are usually confirmed in 7 days approximately.

When do I receive the arrival instructions?

We will send you a pdf document by email with the detailed instructions after the deposit is paid.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my booking?

If you have already paid your booking, you will be charged depending on the period before start of stay.

What is supplied in the rental price?

Electricity, hot water, linen, towels, kitchen facilities, etc.
If you think you can need something extra please ask a week before your booking starts (eg: cots)

Can I arrive earlier or leave the house later?

Arrival and departure times:

  • Earliest arrival time: 6 pm. If you want to arrive earlier and there is not any guest leaving the house the day of your arrival, you can arrive earlier. If there is a guest, your arrival will depend on the time that the guest is leaving because we must have time to clean and prepare your stay.
  • Departure time: 12 pm. If you want to leave later and there is not any guest arriving at the house the day of your departure, you can leave later. You will be notified one day before you leave. If there is a guest arriving the day you leave, your leaving time will depend on the time that the guest is arriving because we must have time to clean and prepare the next guest stay.

Can my booking be cancelled after I have paid?

Very rarely this will happen, only if we are forced by "force majeure" eg: the house burns. If we had to cancel your booking, you would be immediately refunded and notified.

We can also cancel the booking if you don't agree with the booking conditions, eg: you notify us that you will leave the house at 22:00 h and there is a guest arriving at 18:00 h

When do I have to pay the breakage deposit and how?

You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. When you make your booking payment, you agree to pay 200 GPB as breakage deposit,

Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday or in cash on arrival at the villa.
Security deposit to be paid (breakage deposit) with balance: 200 GPB due on one of the following days:

  • In cash (294 euros) on arrival at the villa. Your security deposit will be refunded in full the day of your departure from the property

Breakage deposit will be only charged if we see intentioned damage or extreme negligence. Eg: if you accidently break a glass, nothing will be charged.
